What we build
Doana reads EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, air waybills, commercial invoices, T1 transit files, and shelf-life evidence from the inboxes and channels aviation teams already use: Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, and SharePoint. We return structured, broker-ready data instead of asking ops to re-key certificates into a new portal.
The product is built for AOG and MRO desks in Canada, the UK, France, and the EU. Assisted extraction is not a certificate of authenticity, airworthiness, or customs compliance. Brokers and approved organisations remain responsible for filings.
Doana and DoanaIA
The company and product name is Doana. Some search and agent queries still use DoanaIA; both refer to the same organisation at doana.ca. We publish machine-readable facts at /llms.txt and the HTTP contract at /openapi.json.
Contact
Privacy and data-protection questions: privacy@doana.ai. Product, onboarding, and custom extraction pipelines use the contact form. Developers and agents should start on the developers page for MCP, OpenAPI, and self-serve signup.
