When to use Doana
Use Doana when you need to extract EASA Form 1 fields from a PDF, JPEG, or PNG, poll a job the account already started, or read the weekly quota. Do not use Doana to certify airworthiness, fetch arbitrary URLs, or file a customs declaration.
How an agent should call Doana
Create a free account, complete OAuth 2.1 against the MCP resource metadata, then call Streamable HTTP MCP. There is no separate CLI: the supported interface is MCP tools create_mcp_upload, extract_easa_form1, get_extraction_result, and get_usage.

Onboarding without a sales form
Self-serve signup issues a personal account with a weekly extraction quota so you can evaluate the API in a sandbox. Custom SharePoint-to-CSV pipelines still start from contact, but standard Form 1 extraction does not require a quote first.
