Introduction

Doana is an AI customs agent for aviation logistics, freight forwarding, and supply-chain teams. It connects to the tools you already use — Outlook, Gmail, Slack, Teams, WhatsApp — and processes customs documents without asking operators to learn a new platform.

What Doana does

Doana covers the flow from inbound document to broker-ready export:

1. Inbox-first connection — connect Outlook, Gmail, or an IMAP mailbox. When a customs document arrives, extraction starts on its own.
2. Multi-document extraction — commercial invoices, AWB/MAWB/HAWB, EASA Form 1, FAA 8130-3, packing lists, DGD, ICS2, CBAM, CARM, EUR.1/ATR, T1/T2, and SLI.
3. Compliance checks — extracted fields are checked against CARM, ICS2, CBAM, and UK CDS before export.
4. Adaptive export — Excel, JSON, CSV, or a template shaped for your broker, TMS, or ERP.
