This guide walks through your first customs document in Doana in under five minutes.

Step 1 — Create your account

Go to doana.ca/en/auth/sign-up and create an account with your work email.

A card is not required to start the trial.

Step 2 — Connect a mailbox or forward a document

Pick the fastest path for you:

Inbox connection (recommended)

  • Open Settings → Integrations
  • Click Outlook or Gmail and authorize access
  • Select the folder to watch

Email forwarding (fastest)

  • Copy your agent address from Settings → Integrations → Email forwarding
  • Forward any email that contains a customs document to that address

Direct upload

  • From the dashboard, click New document
  • Drag and drop the file (PDF, image, XLSX)
